Hello Everyone,
Well it is Thanksgiving Eve, and I have so much to be thankful for. If I started counting my many blessings now, we would be here all month possibly. The top of my blessing list would definately be all of you. Your comments, calls, texts, emails, visits, prayers, gifts, food, and thoughts have been so humbling to our family. Your outpouring of love has inspired us to get up each morning and continue in this trial that we are in. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your love and concern. My thanks seem very inadequate to tell you how grateful we are for all of you.
Jalin is getting stronger each day. She has had a great two days! She is healing and feels much better. We even took a trip to Bowdon yesterday. Her first outing in a while. I think we wore her out though just driving in the car. Please keep up your prayers. We cherish them. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving tomorrow and know how much we love you, and how thankful we are for you all! See most of you Sunday at church (Lord willing)!

Lori,It is so good to hear from you. I have truly enjoyed checking the web site each day to get an update. I am so glad Jalin is improving and able to take a ride to the big city of Bowdon!!!! I am continually praying for Jalin. When I wake up during the night, the first thing I do is whisper a prayer for her. I ask the Lord to touch her from the top of her head to the soles of her feet, and then I ask the Lord to touch the family and give each of you added strength!! This has been the best Thanksgiving ever! I am so happy you had the opportunity to spend this day together, and at home. When I think back only a few short weeks ago, things were so different, it broke my heart just trying to imagine the weight of the world you were carrying on your shoulders. I know God was with you, holding you up, cradling you in his arms and making it possible to face another day. So many wonderful blessings, so much to be thankful for. Happy Thanksgiving. ReplyDeleteHey guys! I can't even begin to imagine the lives Jalin's Journey has touched. It has touched me in a mighty way! I have been sharing her story to those I meet especially if I'm not sure they are Christians or if they're not in church. One little girl in my room's mom (at Plantation Christian Academy) said she went and read about your journey and her son said..."Mom, she looks just like and angel"

Every day I can't wait to run in here and check on Jalin. Wouldn't you just love to know just how many prayers have gone up on your behalf! That's exactly why you are here with us today and are doing as well as you are! "Thank you Jesus"
