Day 27- Monday November 24

,Good Morning Friends,
How do you handle what is handling you? A great question (huh)? Through Jalin's Journey, through the tears, and through the triumphs, God has taught us some valuable lessons of life. On behalf of Jalin and the rest of my family, I am deeply grateful for all of you. Your prayers, concerns, and acts of kindness have certainly been great Doctor's medicine for all of us. Jalin is such a miracle! God has spared her life and has given her great passion for the days ahead. She has an appointment wed week at UAB. She is growing stronger physically, spiritually, and emotionally more and more every day. Last night I laid down with my daughter, and we just talked. We talked about the whole experience. We talked about the wreck, the protection of the other girls, the journals, the miracles, the out-pouring of love, the blog, and the purpose of God! We both agreed, could it be that God allowed this to happen to speak to you (our readers)? How are you handling what is handling you? Problems with Finance, Problems with Fellowship, Problems with Family(Relationships with your children, your spouse, etc.) Problems with Frality (Health). The tragedies of life. God is speaking! There have been so many touched; so many even warned! Please pray for our Ministry as we attempt to aid in this area of concern. There are a lot of hurting people that are allowing Satan to steal their joy! That's not God's plan for you! We are planning to bring the heart of God this Sunday at Freedom. May God Be Exalted!
Thank you Lord for the greatest Thanksgiving of all!

Pastor Darryl 2 Chronicles 7:14

  1. Jalin,
We are still praying for you and your family.
Remember to stay strong. Continue to strife each day to do a little more than the day before. God is with you every step of the way.
He knows your name, He knows every move you make, and every tear you cry. No one knows why, but we all know how to handle the stituations of life. That person is Jesus our Lord and Savior. If you need me for anything I'm just a mile away.

Sometimes we dont understand the why...but He does and there is always a reason. So trust..thing are getting better and will continue. We Love you Jalin. I got on the blog today to see how Jalin and your family was doing and to send a message of encouragment to you. I should have known that your message for today was exactly what I needed to hear in my life right now. I treasure your presence in my life. Thank you for those little words of wisdom that GOD sent to you for ME and I am sure many others. Please tell Jalin that I know her frustations, I was in a car accident in 1998 and laid in a hospital bed in my mother's living room for 10 weeks, but it does get better and she is so strong. JUST HANG IN THERE!!!
    Much Love

  11. I know that we can't wait to see you guys back at church on Sunday. I know in the last weeks we have learned so very much. I have seen people come together in ways I never dreamed imaginable. I have seen love in the eyes of people that I never took the time to see before. I have seen hurt and suffering, but have also seen people grab on to the Word of God to get them through. The Love of God. It hasn't been an easy time but most growth is not, whether spiritual or physical. I know it is hard to see hurt in the eyes of your child. The physical pain is hard, but we know that physcial pain will eventually heal. The emotional is harder to "fix". I thank God everyday that we are all part of God's family. That family gives us strength and holds us up when we don't think we can stand another second. Without the love and prayers of so many this time would have been so much harder to get through. I hope you guys all know how much we love and miss you. I admire your strength and faith. We can not wait until you are back with us. We love you so very much.

  12. Thank so much for the update and such a powerful message. There has been a revival sweeping through our community and far beyond since all of this has happened. I don't think we will ever really grasp the enormity of what is happening, but we will be forever grateful for the lives that are being touched and the souls that are being saved each and every day.GOD's grace has once again amazed me. GOD does for us which we do not deserve and which we can not repay. And on it's wake comes peace, an inner rest. This has touched me and my entire family in a multitude of areas, and in ways I don't even understand yet. I am
thankful and rejoice for what the future holds.
We continue to pray for your family, and especially for Jalin's healing, and for her to be comfortable and at peace. I believe when we pray for someone, an Angel comes and sits on the shoulder of that person. A comforter who is here to help us, to be there to listen when we are most helpless. I praise God for the wonderful things he has done and continues to do. With love and prayers, Cindy, Denis, and Abbi Sprewell

  15. This has really boosted my spiritual life tremedously. I find myself sharing God and how great he is with the kids at work. I've always wandered how I could witness to the kids at work, and through all of this it's like God has given me the words that I need to share. It feels sooooooo good! I can't wait to see everyone of you Sunday. What a wonderfull time it will be. "It's On!"
    We love you,

  16. Hi, Jalin
I want to thank you for being the example that you are. God is using you through all of this. Your story is a message about what a teen that is sold out for God can do.
May we all understand that God's will is not easy but yet so rewarding. You hold in there.
    Stay strong!
Just know that my teens are praying for ya.

  17. I AM SO EXCITED!
We have been in some amazing services over the past year or so, but Sunday may top them all. God performed a miracle when four of the five girls came out with minor injuries and then He continues to work miracles in Jalin over and over. How Great Is Our God!
I can't wait to hear the word God has given you Pastor Darryl. As Brother Marc Merritt said Sunday night, we may need to put seat belts on our pews.
Jalin I can't wait to see you back in church, you are a testimony without saying a word. I pray God truly blesses you with a good week and remember I love you and pray for you many times a day.
    'til Sunday, Tina

  19. Good morning Jones family. As this Thanksgiving approaches, I am so thankful that I serve a loving and merciful God. Jalin, you are such an inspiration for so many people. Sometimes we wonder why things happen in our lives, but we have to remember that God has a purpose in everything. When times get tough just think of all those that were saved, rededicated their lives to Christ, and realized just how precious each day is on this earth. Jalin, I am so proud of you for being a young lady in this day and time who is not afraid nor ashamed to live your life for Christ. I wish all of you a most wonderful Thanksgiving. May God continue to bless you all.

    With love,
    Christie Rainey
