Jalin's Journey has inspired me to look at Christmas in a whole new perspective. You know, we get to running so hard at times, we neglect to notice things that are really the most important. I really and truly want all of you to get the jist of what my heart is saying- I want you to be filled with the Christmas Spirit! If you take the time to look at Luke Chapter 2, you will see the Bible come alive with some monumental truths. #1 Christmas is about Family. Notice that Jesus was born into a family, (Luke 2: 4-6) Mary & Joseph and Baby Jesus- Jesus could have entered this world any way He pleased- 3, 5 , 15 even 33 years of age- He could have just appeared through a wall! but He did not for a reason to show all of us the value of family. Don't give up on your family. #2 Christmas is about Friends, God sent this family, friends on to the scene- the shepherds made hast and came(Luke 2: 16) -Remember to have friends, you must first be a friend. #3 - Christmas is about finance- Yes it is about giving- The Wise Men brought gold, frankincense, and myrrh. I'm not saying go load up in debt but you can give something to those you love, start out with a little gift of your time and concern. #4 - Christmas is about faith- Mary had faith, Joseph had faith, the shepherds had faith, the wise men had faith - What kind of faith drives you! It is impossible to please God without faith.
Jalin has had an incredible day! Our faith in a Sovereign, powerful God has been increased! Remember He loves you and He gave all of us the very best gift we could ever imagine! He gave us The Christ in Christmas- Thank you all again for the love you have shown me and my family. We will love you 4-ever! Merry Christmas! Can I hear a big A-Men!

AMEN! Pastor Darryl. That is a really good word, Thank you for it. All that you said was completly correct and I don't doubt that that wakes up some eyes of ones that may have forgotten those simple facts. So thank you for that. I pray all the time for you guys and that there is a continued increase in healing. Keep your head up Jalin stay strong your a blessing to many and always will be! Love you guys!

Thanks be to God for this wonderful news!! Even though Jalin does not know me personally, I pray for her continuously, and am grateful for the updates provided so that I can pray *specifically* for her needs! May she continue to feel God's power in healing her, and His love and mercy surrounding her everyday.

AMEN!!!!! AMEN!!!!! I am so overcome all the time at how wonderful OUR God is...He has brought Jalin so far so fast. He has made changes in the other girls that I couldn't have imagined a few months ago. I continue to pray for Jalins physical healing....the emotional healing and spriritual growth of all. I look forward to everyday to see what God is going to show me today. I know He put one of my worst fears in front of me and then showed me how to grab hold of HIM to get through it. He did it in the form of FAMILY AND FRIENDS. Prayers, acts of kindness...you name it. We love you Jalin and please know that you and your family are never far from our thoughts.

Hey this is Emily at Fruithurst Elem. School I dont know if you know this or not but im also in a wheelchair right now becuase I fell off a hayride and got ran over so I have a broke leg and a broken collar bone and I also have a hole in my leg and its pretty painful but not as painful as you ans im so glad that your alife and God really loves you very much well got to go learn wich i hate so i hope that you get better soon BYE!!!!!!!!!

Hey this is Emily again and I just want to say to you again thet your blessed and i am to because the tires of the hayride was not even an inch from my head and so we are both luckly God really loves us and so i bet it hurt when the car landed on you i still have some bad memories bout my accident so again we are both blessed and that was a scary moment mine happened 3 days after my birthday and 1 day before halloween hope you have a merry christmas and tell your family that to im glad mine or yours wasnt worse mine was really scary but i bet yours was scarer and my brother died about 5 years ago and he was only 4 and that was a sad moment for my family my dad nearly died and we almost lost another family member bye

ReplyDeleteFirst of all I want to thank you for my family, for the blessings you've given me, and the many obstacles you've allowed me to overcome. Thank you, Lord.
I can only imagine how hard these last 43 days have been on Jalin. She needs you. She needs you to give her comfort and strength. I pray your loving and healing arms be wrapped around her body. Help her to have patience and understanding through this time of waiting on her body to heal.
I praise you for all you've done for her, Morgan, Amy, Kristen, Kaydra, and all the many people who were saved through this experience.
Be with Mrs. Lori and Pastor Darryl. Give them strength as well. Lord, they've taken a hard hit watching their daughter go through this and I pray you give them comfort in knowing you've never left their side.
I thank you again LoRD for all you've done. It could have easily ended in a horrible tragedy, but 43 days later Jalin is home and claiming VICTORY! THANK YOU LORD!!
